The torture began again. Vices were placed on Denise's hands and feet and ever so slowly they were crushed. Denise passed out several times, but every time Headmistress used smelling salt to wake her up before continuing. When Denise's hands and feet were completely crushed Headmistress allowed Denise to recover a little. She stood over Denise's face and pissed into Denise's open mouth. Then she tied a piece of string loosely around Denise's balls, pulled them away from her crotch and waited for Denise to recover a bit more.

Denise knew that the final phase of the session had arrived. She was almost hysterical with pain and she desperately wanted to just pass out from the pain, but she knew that this wasn't an option. She must remain conscious for Headmistress and the castration to come.

Headmistress started by kicking her in the groin several times. The pain took Denise's breath away and when she recovered enough to groan Headmistress stepped on her testicles with the sole of her boots, making Denise pass out from the pain. Headmistress patiently woke Denise up before beginning again.

Headmistress now placed her right boot-heel with the utmost care on Denise's right testicle and began to apply pressure. She pressed until it looked like the testicle was just about to pop and Denise screamed hysterically. Then she stopped applying more pressure but instead held the pressure constant. Denise screamed even more, thrashing in her bonds as she tried to escape. When she had held the heel there for good long time she withdrew it a little, easing the pressure somewhat. As Denise's scream lost some of its intensity; Headmistress reversed and instead put all her weight on the heel. As the extremely thin heel penetrated the testicle sack, blood squirted out and Denise's scream reached a peak before running out of air. She thrashed helplessly as her right testicle punctured, her face turning first red, then white as she vomited from the pain. Headmistress meanwhile, was taking her time with Denise's testicle as she used Denise's thrashing combined with her own footwork to tear a long gash in the testicle sack so that she could use her heel to pry out the testicle itself.
